The smoking chamber is built as an independent panel structure mounted on a frame set on the foundation. The individual elements are connected by means of screws, without any additional structural elements. Joints of panel structures are sealed with a rubber tape and silicone adhesives.

The smoking chamber is equipped with electric heaters that ensure the required temperature is reached. The heating chamber, in which the heaters are mounted, is located in the upper part of the smoking chamber, which ensures the best air circulation. The air circulation inside the chamber was forced by a centrifugal fan mounted above the heater, driven by a 1.5 kW motor. An adjustable fresh air intake is also located in the upper part of the chamber.

The supply of fresh air and smoke as well as the smoke outlet to the chimney are regulated by means of valves and dampers controlled by electric drives. The steam needed for the brewing cycle is produced by spraying the heated heaters in appropriate portions through the nozzles above the heaters.

The smoke in the smoking process is produced in a smoke generator located in the lower part of the device. Temperature and humidity are measured by platinum and resistance temperature sensors placed in front of the heaters and inside the product to be processed (the bar). The chamber operation is controlled by the MP 200 microprocessor controller, which automatically carries out the set technological processes, activating the currently appropriate executive systems and supervises the correct operation of the chamber.

The chamber is delivered to the customer as a combined device and assembled at the destination by a specialized assembly team. Due to the relatively small size and standard connection requirements, it can be installed in almost any room!

After installing the product, all programs will be set according to the guidelines and preferences of the client. There will also be a trial smoking. In case of any problems, we offer technical support as well as the selection of the appropriate smoking program.

Principle of operation

The process of preparing the products in the chamber is as follows:

  • in the defrosting, drying, maturing and baking mode – by creating an air stream with predetermined parameters obtained by blowing the heated heaters through the fan;
  • in the brewing mode – steam generation, obtained by blowing finely atomized water through a nozzle and a hydraulic valve into the heating chamber by means of a fan blowing the heated heater;
  • in smoking mode – by supplying smoke to the smoking chamber from a smoke generator.
